PCACS World Cup Finals - Senegal and Mexico take the titles!

In the spirit of the current World Cup, representative 'countries' have been competing at lunchtimes in the Keith Lindbeck Centre over the last few weeks and today the staff team 'Senegal' defeated the student French young guns in the final, 3-1. It was a ferocious game, and it could have gone either way, but the determination and well developed hamstrings of the more 'mature' staff team were too strong and commanding for the young yet skilful French players.  In the other arena, the Junior final between Mexico and Serbia was quite one-sided with Mexico outmanoeuvring their Eastern European opponents 6-2.  Trophies were handed out to the competition top scorers and the finalists enjoyed their wins in front of a very vocal and enthusiastic crowd.
