Junior School Interhouse Athletics Carnival
This year, the Junior School Year 2-6 Interhouse Athletics Carnival was again held over two days, with the sprints and team games being held on Friday 3 September, and jumps and throws held on Monday 6 September, providing a weekend break for students and staff to recoup their energy.
Both days were full of action and the competition was extremely fierce particularly between the Year 3 students, with this cohort having the highest participants in all events over both days. The enthusiasm and effort from students were wonderful to see, resulting in 9 records being broken. In fact, when looking through the results there were at least 10 that were extremely close to being broken and I would not be surprised if more records fall next year.
I am very glad to announce the Champion, Runners Up, winning House, and Record Breakers for our 2021 Junior School Interhouse Athletics Carnival:
