'Guys and Dolls Jr' Cast perform for the community

On Wednesday 10 April, the PCACS student cast of 'Guys and Dolls Jr', visited Aegis Aged Care Banksia Park (Calista) residents to perform some of their songs and scenes from the upcoming Musical.

Performing for different audiences during the late rehearsal stage of a musical is extremely important for the students, as it gives them extra confidence on stage and improvisations skills necessary in the lead up to the actual performance dates.

The most rewarding part of their visit was the sheer joy and happiness they gave the residents.  The room was full of smiles, laughter and appreciation from themselves but also the aged care staff.  As a School, we are very proud of all the students involved in the production, not only by how hard they are working i in creating an amazing show, but also the kind and warm nature of each individual student.
