Science Week 2020 - Day 4

Day 4 of Science Week saw students interacting with a variety of animals and insects in the undercover area during the lunch break.

Students had opportunities to learn about habitats, breeding patterns and were also able to handle a variety of aquatic and land animals and insects.

From learning how bees make honey to being fascinated by scorpians' fluorescue when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) rays, students were in awe and wonder of all of the hands-on opportunities at today's display.  Tomorrow sees the final day of Science Week, where students are invited to dress up using the theme, "The Deep Blue".  Look out for all of the underwater creativity tomorrow to finish off Science Week 2020.
